II. Short Answer Questions

To be considered for a Director position, please answer questions 1-4.
If you are currently a director you do not need to fill out the following 4 questions.

1. Why are you interested in the BUILD Director Position?		2. What do you hope to change and/or accomplish as a BUILD Director?
3. Directors play a key role in establishing team culture. What values or norms would you want to promote with your mentor team? How would you do that?		4. What do you hope to learn as a BUILD Director? What trainings or topics would you be interested in exploring?
BUILD Directors typically work at least 3 days at their BUILD site and be available for a monthly meeting on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Knowing this, how many days a week are you available to work?		Will you be participating in any other student groups, internships, or paid positions next year? If so, please list the group name and your role in the group. For example, Vice President for Stand Up for Justice; Cashier Food Market, or Senator with ASUC.
Have you Mentored with BUILD or Summer BUILD before?		If yes, do you hope to work at the same site?

III. Financial Support (Through Haas Public Service Scholarship)

If you do not have Work Study in your Financial Aid package (but you still qualify for Financial Aid), you could be eligible for a scholarship through the Haas Public Service Leaders program.
